Google has released its list of the most popular queries in Ukraine for 2025, with the top query being «Power Outage Schedule». According to the official Google Ukraine blog, the annual report highlights the growing interest in various topics among Ukrainian users.
Once again, the top spot went to the query «Power Outage Schedule», followed by the TV show «The Bachelor 2025» and the series «Squid Game 2».
Other popular queries included: «Labuba», «Usyk Dubois», «Eurovision 2025» and «NABU».
In the «Personality» category, boxer Oleksandr Usyk was the most searched individual.
Users also sought information about actor Taras Tsymbaliuk, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, and First Lady of the USA Melania Trump.
In the «Losses» category, the most queries were related to blogger Anna Zhuk and politician Andriy Parubiy.
The most interesting film was the sci-fi action movie «Chasm», followed by the gothic horror film «Nosferatu» and the drama «Good Bad Girl».
The top television series was the second season of «Squid Game», with new seasons of «Wednesday» and the British crime drama «Gangsterland» also gaining popularity. Ukrainian series like «Reverse Direction» and «Love and Flames» were also in demand.
In the «Shopping» category, the most sought-after item was the toy «Labuba» and military uniforms for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2025, users frequently searched for the meanings of terms like «white ticket» and «life maintenance agreement».
Google explained that the ranking is based on the significant growth of queries compared to the previous year, reflecting current societal interests.
