The State Geological Service of Ukraine has launched a new registry for special permits for the use of subsoil resources.
This was reported by the press service of the State Geological Service.
The registry contains information about:
- the date and duration of the special permit for subsoil use,
- extensions and modifications to the permit,
- type and purpose of subsoil use,
- details about the subsoil area,
- funding sources for works planned by the subsoil user (state or private funds),
- special conditions, details about the owner and approval for the permit,
- agreements on subsoil use or production sharing agreements, etc.
According to the State Geological Service, the special permit for subsoil use is issued as an electronic extract from the Registry. The information contained in the extract is current and accurate as of the date of its formation.
The registry operates around the clock, except for scheduled maintenance or technical works.
During martial law, access to the resource is temporarily restricted, except for law enforcement agencies and government authorities.
As informed by the head of the State Geological Service, Oleg Hotsinets, preparations are underway for the implementation of state registries for artesian, oil, and gas wells.
