The CEO of "Ukrposhta," Ihor Smilyansky, stated that the company has no plans to adjust its delivery rates.
He mentioned: "Many media outlets have already reported that our competitors, Nova Poshta, will raise their rates starting December 1. Many are asking if we plan to do the same. Our answer is a definitive no," – he wrote on Telegram.
Smilyansky emphasized that this year, customers can use the "Winter Support" program to pay for delivery.
"With 1000 hryvnias, you can send or receive about 15 parcels with Ukrposhta (and over 20 if you choose the Basic tariff)," – he added.
