Since the launch of the «eBook» program, over 200,000 18-year-old Ukrainians have utilized it. This was reported by the Ukrainian Book Institute.

Applications can be submitted from the day one turns 18 until the day they turn 19.
The funds can be used within three months to purchase physical, electronic, and audiobooks exclusively in Ukrainian from participating bookstores and publishers.
