The Ukrainian government is launching a new State Information Platform for coordinating evacuation processes and supporting individuals from temporarily occupied territories and frontline regions. This was announced by Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko and Vice Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba via Telegram.

"We are distributing responsibilities among the participants of the evacuation campaign, which will allow us to better analyze the needs of evacuees. This will bring us closer to providing improved services in transit points and temporary living locations," Svyrydenko noted.

The key stages of the evacuation process are as follows:

  • The Ministry of Development – overall coordination;
  • The Ministry of Social Policy – social support and reintegration at local levels;
  • The State Emergency Service – ensuring safety and technical support for evacuation;

Local authorities will be responsible for organizing evacuation efforts on the ground: establishing gathering points, notification, registration, transportation of people, and providing essential support;

The National Social Service of Ukraine will coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams consisting of social workers, psychologists, lawyers, and medical professionals.

Kuleba stated that the Ministry of Development has prepared a new "evacuation roadmap" that outlines a clear action plan for all involved in the process.

"We are introducing a unified digital platform for coordination, aimed at ensuring a safe and understandable evacuation process for each individual," he added.

All data regarding individuals, their needs, and routes will be recorded in the new evacuation coordination information system, allowing all assisting services access to current information.

The implementation of this system within three months will be overseen by the Ministry of Social Policy, which will also administer it.
