This information comes from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

During this time, users will be unable to access services or update documents in the Reserve+ application.

"To ensure your electronic military document is always accessible, please download the PDF version in advance. To do this, tap the three dots on the main screen of the app and select "Download PDF"," the message states.

The maintenance work will be completed by 06:00, after which all services will resume normal operation.
