Attention! The "eRestoration" service will be unavailable on the Diia portal and app due to scheduled technical maintenance of state registries from 8:00 PM on September 13 to 8:00 AM on September 15.

This was announced by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development.

"From 8:00 PM on 09.13.2025 to 8:00 AM on 09.15.2025, the State Enterprise “NAIS” will conduct technical maintenance of the Ministry of Justice's state registries. Since these registries are essential for property rights verification, the "eRestoration" service will not be accessible during this period," the statement reads.

As a reminder, the compensation program "eRestoration" has been operating in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted about 166,500 applications for compensation for damaged housing. More than 108,000 people have received payments totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
