The company "Kyivvodokanal" has refuted rumors that it raised rates for water supply and sewage services. This information surfaced on social media and Telegram channels.

According to the company's statement, these claims are false. The rates for centralized water supply and sewage services remain at the levels effective as of February 24, 2022.

"Discrepancies in billing occurred due to a technical failure in processing information within payment systems. In Kyivvodokanal's billing system, charges are accurately displayed. We advise consumers not to make payment transactions until the issue is resolved," the company added.
