On the night of August 31, around 2 AM, a traffic accident took place at the intersection of a road and railway line between the villages of New Bug and Kazanka, involving a minibus, the Volkswagen Crafter. Three people lost their lives.

The Mykolaiv police reported this incident.

It is noted that there were 18 people on board the vehicle. A 17-year-old girl and an elderly man died at the scene from their injuries. Another passenger, a 66-year-old woman, succumbed to her injuries in the hospital. Other passengers, including young children, were taken to medical facilities.

Circumstances surrounding the accident have not been disclosed.
