The death toll from the crash of a military aircraft on a school campus in Dhaka, Bangladesh's capital, has now reached 27, including 25 children. Additionally, 78 people have been injured and are currently hospitalized.

A training aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force crashed onto the grounds of Milestone School and College in the Uttara area of Dhaka on Monday afternoon, July 21.
“Currently, 27 people have died, including 25 children and the pilot,” stated Saeedur Rahman, a representative of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
It is noted that most victims were students of the school. They had just stepped out of their classrooms into the courtyard when the Chinese-made F-7 BJI aircraft crashed onto the school grounds.
According to military officials conducting the investigation, a total of over 170 people were affected by the aviation disaster. Currently, 78 injured individuals are receiving treatment in hospitals. Earlier, Reuters reported that four people were injured in the crash and were taken to a military hospital in the area.
Rescue services and investigators continue to work at the site of the tragedy to determine the cause of the crash.
