A new feature has been launched in the "Reserve+" app — the ability to pay fines online.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military personnel can now pay fines for failure to provide information until July 16, 2024, with a 50% discount.
It is noted that paying the fine will allow for the quick closure of the administrative violation case and remove the red flag from the document in the app.
"In the first version of the service, only the fine for late data clarification will be available. Payment for other military registration violations will be introduced later. The fine must be paid within 20 days from the date of receiving the decision. If not done on time, the full amount of 17,000 UAH will need to be paid. If unpaid for 40 days after receiving the decision, the fine doubles, and the case is forwarded to the enforcement service," the agency stated.
To pay the fine online, you need to:
- update the "Reserve+" app to the latest version and log in;
- go to the section "Online Fines", submit a request to acknowledge the violation, and receive a decision from the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCR) within three days;
- after that, the app will allow you to pay the fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the full amount; as a result, the violation and red flag will be removed.
"Online fine payment is a service that resolves issues that previously required a personal visit to the TCR or police involvement. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and user-friendly alternative — as is already functioning in Ukraine for other administrative fines. This is yet another example of how digital services work in the interest of Ukrainians," explained the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernohrenko.
The agency emphasized that fines will be introduced gradually to evenly distribute the load, and the full service will be rolled out over several days.
As a reminder, in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military personnel. Currently, you can download extended data from the "Oberih" registry and understand what information is available about you. For example, your workplace or any offenses. The app also introduced categories for requests to correct data, allowing you to update your workplace information for faster booking processing.
