The Ministry of Veterans Affairs along with the Ministry of Digital Transformation has introduced a new services section in the mobile app "Diia" called "Veteran Pro", aimed at military personnel, veterans, and the families of fallen defenders.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the presentation of the new digital space Veteran Pro in Kyiv, as reported by "Interfax-Ukraine".

"Today we are taking a significant step in support of our defenders - we are implementing the digital platform 'Veteran Pro', specially designed for the veteran community.

This platform provides veterans access to existing state support services. These are programs for adaptation and realization in civilian life," Shmyhal stated.

He added that this platform will be continuously updated and expanded to include new services and initiatives necessary for the defenders.

Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov highlighted that veterans will also have the option to change the app icon of "Diia" to one styled for veterans.

It was also noted that the app will automatically adapt for veterans, offering relevant services.

The new functionality in "Diia" is focused on various categories of citizens: war veterans, affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity, family members of deceased veterans, and family members of fallen defenders of Ukraine.
