Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made significant statements during his visit to Vienna, where he met with Austrian Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen.

Zelensky: Proposals to exchange abducted children are unacceptable

President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the Russian side had proposed to exchange abducted Ukrainian children for their soldiers.

“This is absolutely unacceptable,” the president stated. “They want to receive our children in exchange for their fighters, but this has nothing to do with international law,” he added.

The president also stressed the need for international efforts to return all children abducted by Russia.
