The Estonian Foreign Minister, Margus Tsahkna, who is visiting Ukraine, announced the opening of a new resilience center in Kyiv, funded by his country.
He shared this news on his social media account on X.
On Thursday, February 5, Tsahkna inaugurated the "Invincibility" center, which is financed by Estonia.
According to the Estonian minister, the center will offer shelter, warmth, and psychological support amid ongoing terror from Russia and prolonged power and heating outages.
