Smart Medical Products has unveiled the innovative ultrasound system HandyUsound.

This device was showcased at the 34th International Medical Exhibition Public Health 2025, where medical experts discussed the restoration and modernization of healthcare systems.

HandyUsound is a completely Ukrainian development, designed by Maxim Smolyar, the engineer and CTO of Smart Medical Products.

The system weighs just 10 kilograms and is designed for easy transportation. Its key advantage is the ability to operate for up to eight hours on battery power without needing an electrical outlet.

The primary goal of this product's creation was to provide military medics with a reliable diagnostic tool capable of functioning in challenging conditions.

As such, the system can be used in field conditions, meeting the needs of tactical and military medicine. Given that the device must work in crisis situations with limited access to stationary equipment, the ultrasound system is designed to operate autonomously, is easy to transport and maintain, and is robust against harsh operating conditions.
