From September 10 to 12, a National Training for youth took place in the Rivne region, aimed at teaching the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, considering the impacts of war and the post-war period.
Forty participants from 13 regions of Ukraine attended the event.
During the three-day training, participants:
- acquired knowledge and practical tools for maintaining health and personal resilience;
- learned first aid skills;
- discussed nutrition, physical activity, and prevention of risky behaviors;
- built a community for support and experience sharing.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in collaboration with the Department of Youth and Sports of the Rivne Regional State Administration, with support from the project “EU4Youth IV: Engaging and Empowering Youth,” co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
