In October 2025, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine successfully completed the allocation of interbudgetary transfers to local budgets, amounting to 16.9 billion UAH, which equals 100% of the planned funds for this month. This information is posted on the Ministry of Finance's website.
"In October 2025, we executed the transfer of interbudgetary funds amounting to 16.9 billion UAH in accordance with budget legislation, which represents 100% of the planned funding from the state budget for October," the statement reads.
In particular, the basic subsidy was 2.1 billion UAH (100%), and additional subsidies totaled 1 billion UAH (100%).
As of November 1, 2025, the balances in local budget accounts and budget institutions amount to 169.8 billion UAH, which is 49.2 billion UAH more than at the beginning of 2025.
"These resources enable local self-governments to continue funding critical needs at the local level," the ministry emphasizes.
