Last week, the State Property Fund held 12 successful privatization auctions, generating 120.49 million UAH for the state budget. A significant portion of the revenue came from the sale of three assets in southern Ukraine. This is reported by the State Property Fund.
"The team of the State Property Fund successfully organized 12 auctions within the Prozorro.Sale system, resulting in a total winning bid amount of 120.49 million UAH", – states the announcement.
"Competition at the auctions led to an increase in prices by 2.32 times. A total of 33 participants competed in the bidding, averaging 2.75 bidders per lot", – notes the SPF.
The most expensive asset last week was the Children’s Health Center "Young Shipbuilder" in Odessa. The price soared from the initial 14.2 million UAH to a final 70 million UAH, as reported by the SPF.
Also in demand among investors was the EMC of the State Enterprise "Odessa State Design Bureau of Cinematographic Equipment" in Odessa, with a final price of 33.5 million UAH.
The price for the EMC of the State Enterprise "Southern Research and Design Institute for the Development of the Fishing Fleet" in Mykolaiv increased from an initial 379.9 thousand UAH to a final 8 million UAH.
This week, the SPF plans to conduct 20 online privatization auctions, featuring various objects.
These include a state share package of 26% of the JSC "Naftokhimik Prykarpattia", the EMC of the State Enterprise "Slavutytsia Ceramic Plant", a share package of 50% +1 share of the JSC "Rivne Radio Technical Plant", and others.
It is worth noting that today, the portfolio of small privatization objects in Ukraine consists of 1240 objects, while the portfolio of large privatization contains 19 objects.
As a result of the first year of online auctions for large privatization in the Prozorro.Sale system, the state received 8.9 billion UAH.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine previously reported that the results of the small privatization auctions on Prozorro.Sale over seven years amounted to over 21.8 billion UAH for various levels of budgets.
The Fund also reported that as a result of its activity, over 6 billion UAH has been transferred to the state budget.
As of the first half of 2025, 820.5 million UAH and 156.59 million UAH VAT have been received from privatization into the state budget, resulting in a total economic effect of over 977 million UAH.
