As of July 1, 2025, the cash in circulation in Ukraine reached nearly 860 billion hryvnias.

This information is reported by the National Bank of Ukraine.

This amount has increased by 37.5 billion hryvnias, or 4.6%, compared to January 1, 2025 (822.4 billion hryvnias).

The most circulated banknote is the 500 hryvnia note, while the least is the 50 hryvnia note (27.3% and 4.4% of the total circulation, respectively).

There are 2.6 billion banknotes in circulation totaling 851.2 billion hryvnias, alongside 15 billion coins worth 8.5 billion hryvnias.
