Shooting Incident in Lviv: Woman Suspected of Hooliganism

A woman has been detained in Lviv after shooting at a minibus belonging to a notification group. The suspect is a 44-year-old local resident. Her actions could lead to imprisonment for a term of three to seven years, according to the Lviv Regional Police Department.
The incident occurred on February 2 around 7:30 AM on Cosmic Street. The woman struck the front windshield of a Volkswagen minibus carrying a notification group. After the vehicle continued moving, she fired a shot, hitting the rear window. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Authorities have identified the perpetrator. A firearm resembling a traumatic pistol was seized from her and is being sent for forensic examination.
The woman has been charged with hooliganism under part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The article stipulates punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of three to seven years. The preliminary investigation is ongoing.
