A tragic incident occurred on the highway connecting Kyiv and Vyshgorod.
Preliminary investigations by police revealed that a collision happened near the Kyiv Reservoir involving a Hyundai vehicle driven by a 24-year-old man and a Honda motorcycle.
Officers Serhiy Sichkar and Yevhen Dyadyk quickly arrived at the scene. They provided first aid to the motorcycle rider and applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.
